What types of insurance do we offer?

Maritime Cargo Insurance

GXA Insurance offers you contracts to cover you against damage and material losses as well as losses in weight and quantity that may occur to cargo transported by sea.

This policy provides two main covers:

"All Risks" The insured is covered against all damages and material losses suffered by the insured cargo, except the excluded risks provided in the contract.

"FPA clause (Free of from Particular Average)" The insured is covered against damage and material loss to the insured cargo resulting from an event listed in the insurance policy.

Inland cargo insurance

The purpose of this insurance is to cover damage to and loss of property as well as loss of weight and quantity that may occur to goods transported by road.

This insurance is destined to companies or individual that transport their own cargo or through a common carrier (including rail).

This type of insurance provides two main guarantees:

"all risks" The insured is covered against all damages and material losses suffered by the insured cargo, except the excluded risks provided in the contract.

"Characteristic accidents" same as "all risks" cover but for events which were predefined in the insurance contract.

In all cases, the inland transport insurance contract covers the value of the goods.

Air cargo insurance

This policy covers damage to and loss of property as well as loss of weight and quantity that may occur to goods transported by air.

This type of insurance provides two main guarantees:
